Description:

Phone Friendly, Detail Oriented Candidates needed for positions in our
Customer Service Department. This is an internet based customer
service position and candidates should have the ability to think on their feet.
Job includes answering inquiries, Call backs, and Processing orders.

Preferred Requirements:

Prior Experience with Sales and Customer Service

Some knowledge of Hockey, Lacrosse and/or Sports Equipment

Excellent Phone Skills

Basic Computer Skills especially internet navigation
