Must possess excellent grammar skills, fantastic
communication and organizational skills
Must work well with others, be personable, energetic
team player with a great background in customer service
Must be able to handle high pressure situations
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi
Must be comfortable making outgoing calls and sell the
product and our brand
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
and attempt to resolve complaints successfully in
accordance with established guidelines
Bi-lingual is a plus!
Knowledge of SAP a plus, but not necessary
Ability to type 30-40 WPM and knowledge of 10 key
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
