Internet Customer Service (Baseball/Softball)

Location: Corona, CA

Type: Full Time Position

Hours:

Monday thru Friday from 9:30a to 6:00p
Must be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 6:30a to 3:00p

Primary Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls with excellent telephone etiquette skills.
Create sales utilizing exceptional customer service.
Ensure each customer has informative, positive experience.
Create orders for the customer and assist them with questions regarding Baseball/Softball equipment.

Preferred Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience
Looking for a self starter who is very reliable and highly motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to clearly communicate and effectively listen to customers wants, needs and desires
Must possess excellent grammar skills, fantastic communication and organizational skills
Must work well with others, be personable, energetic team player with a great background in customer service
Must be able to handle high pressure situations
Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi task
Must be comfortable making outgoing calls and sell the product and our brand
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner and attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
Bi-lingual is a plus!
Knowledge of SAP a plus, but not necessary
Ability to type 30-40 WPM and knowledge of 10 key
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
