MonkeySports is putting the finishing touches on their newest super store in Irvine, California. The store is 27,000 square feet and will become the new flagship store for southern California, carrying equipment for ice and roller hockey, baseball, and lacrosse. The new features include a slap shot room to test new hockey sticks as well as an indoor batting cage to test new baseball and softball bats. The Irvine super store will become the fifth MonkeySports Super Store, joining the locations in Santa Ana, California; Norwood, Massachusetts; Woodbridge, New Jersey; and Sweden. The store is due to open in January of 2013.
