MonkeySports Rebound Rewards Program
You can earn up to 7% in rewards for almost every product you purchase, with our Rebound Rewards Loyalty program. Earning Rebound Rewards is super easy! When your rewards are ready, they’ll be added to your account and you’ll be notified by e-mail! Your Rebound Rewards tier is determined by how much you’ve spent in the last 365 days. The more you spend, the more you earn in Rewards! Rebound Rewards Gold & Platinum members can also qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States!

How do I register for Rebound Rewards?
You can sign up online by creating a customer account on HockeyMonkey.com, GoalieMonkey.com, LacrosseMonkey.com, or BaseballMonkey.com; or sign up in-store by creating a customer account with a retail store associate. Upon creating your account, you’ll automatically be placed in the Rebound Rewards Silver tier. That’s it – you’re ready to go!
Does it cost anything to register for Rebound Rewards?
Nope. Signing up for Rebound Rewards it totally free and there aren’t any ongoing membership fees.
How do I earn Rebound Rewards?
To earn Rebound Rewards online, all you have to do is place an order for eligible products while logged in to your customer account.
To earn Rebound Rewards in-store, simply provide your phone number or email address to a retail store associate when checking out.
How is my Rebound Rewards tier determined?
How are my Rebound Rewards calculated?
One full calendar month after your order was placed, your account will be credited with rewards based on the tier you were assigned at that time. For example, if a customer is assigned to the Silver tier (5%) and places an order on March 15th for $200.00, a reward of $10.00 would be added to the customer’s account on May 1st and is valid through July 31st.
What products are eligible for Rebound Rewards?
All regular-, sale- and clearance- priced products are eligible to earn Rebound Rewards.
What products are not eligible for Rebound Rewards?
The only products that are not eligible for Rebound Rewards are eGift Cards for online and Gift Cards for in-store. The purchase of eGift Cards or Gift Cards do not earn Rebound Rewards. Rebound Rewards may not be used towards the purchase of Rebound Rewards. Orders paid for, in part with or entirely, using eGift Cards or in-store Gift Cards will earn Rebound Rewards.
How long are my Rebound Rewards valid for?
Rebound Rewards are valid for ninety days from the date of issuance.
How do I know what Rebound Reward tier I belong to?
How do I view my Rebound Rewards balance?
When can I use my Rebound Rewards?
Rebound Rewards are sent on the first day of the month, one full calendar month after the order was placed. For example if an order was placed on July 15th (or any other day in July), the reward would be available on September 1st.
Will I be notified if I have Rebound Rewards to use?
Yes. You will receive an e-mail notification when Rebound Rewards are added to your account. You’ll also receive notifications that will alert you to Rewards that are approaching expiration.
Can I opt-out of receiving Rebound Reward notifications?
Can I receive Rebound Rewards if I placed my order as a Guest online or didn’t give my account details to an in-store associate?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to earn Rebound Rewards if your order was placed using as a guest. We are unable to retroactively link orders placed as a guest or unattributed in-store purchase to a registered account.
How do I redeem my Rebound Rewards?
For online purchases, while logged into your online account, you will be provided the option to apply Rebound Rewards to your order in the Payment Method section of the checkout. Simply click the ‘Apply Rebound Rewards’ button (see below image).
For in-store purchases, just give your email address or phone number to an associate at the register.
Why can’t I redeem my full balance?
Rebound Rewards can only be redeemed in full dollar denominations. For example, if your reward balance is $15.34, only $15.00 in rewards can be applied to an order. The balance will remain available to future orders prior to expiration.
Can I specify how much of my Rebound Rewards balance to apply to my order?
No – If your Rebound Reward balance is less than the order total, and you elect to apply Rebound Rewards to the order, the full balance will be applied. If your balance is greater than the order total, the difference will remain available for future use.
Can I link my Rebound Rewards from another MonkeySports eCommerce website?
When you create an account on HockeyMonkey.com, GoalieMonkey.com, LacrosseMonkey.com, or BaseballMonkey.com; it is valid for all US-based MonkeySports websites. Rewards are generated based on the total spend from all websites during the accrual period.
If I use a Rebound Reward on an item and decide to return the item, what happens to my rewards?
Once your Rebound Rewards are redeemed, we are unable to re-issue rewards in the event of a merchandise return.
Can I have multiple accounts on one website?
Yes – although it would be in your best interest to utilize one account to maximize your rewards and qualify for Free Shipping more quickly.
Can I trade my Rebound Rewards to somebody else?
No – Rebound Rewards are non-transferrable. Rebound Rewards may only be used by the customer they were issued to.
Can I earn or redeem Rebound Rewards at a MonkeySports retail location?
Yes – Rebound Rewards can be earned and redeemed at all US-based MonkeySports Retail Stores.
Can I receive free shipping if my first order is enough to qualify for Rebound Rewards Gold or Platinum?
No – Should your first order be enough to qualify for Gold or Platinum, free shipping will be available one day after your first order.
MonkeySports Rebound Rewards Terms & Conditions
MonkeySports is proud to offer our very own loyalty program, Rebound Rewards. Customers can earn between 5% and 7% in Rewards for purchases of eligible products. The reward a customer qualifies for is dependent on which tier they are a part of. The tier is based on the amount a customer has spent while logged in to their customer account over the past 365 days. Participation in Rebound Rewards requires a valid e-mail address. Membership in the Rebound Rewards Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Rebound Rewards are earned on the amount of customer purchases after all applicable discounts are applied and before shipping and tax is imposed. Eligible customer purchases include sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise, but exclude the purchase of E-Gift Cards or Gift Cards.
Rebound Rewards will be issued for all orders placed during a calendar month. Orders placed through a guest user are not eligible for Rebound Rewards, even if the e-mail address matches a customer account. Rebound Rewards are issued one full calendar month after the qualifying order(s) have been through the customer account. Rebound Rewards are valid for a period of ninety days. Once a reward has expired, it cannot be reactivated or used.
Rebound Rewards is not legal tender. No cash back. Rebound Rewards cannot be applied to the price of Shipping, in the case of website orders. Offer can be redeemed with any other offer but cannot be redeemed for cash. Rebound Rewards are non-transferable. Online Rebound Rewards are valid on any MonkeySports eCommerce site, in the case of website orders.
Rebound Rewards will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts. MonkeySports Rebound Rewards may not be redeemed: (1) as price adjustments on prior purchases; or (2) to purchase eGift Cards or Gift Cards; or (3) for team orders. Some exclusions may apply including items subject to the minimum advertised pricing. Orders deemed to be ‘bulk’ or ‘team’ may not qualify for Rebound Rewards.
Merchandise returned for refund is not eligible for Rebound Rewards; the value of returned merchandise will be deducted from the order subtotal to reflect the earned amount. If merchandise purchased earning a HockeyMonkey.com, for example, Rebound Reward is subsequently returned or price adjusted, the value of the HockeyMonkey.com Rebound Rewards previously earned and/or the amount of the merchandise refund may be reduced to reflect any unearned value. The return value of merchandise purchased with Rebound Rewards may also be subject to adjustment.
MonkeySports reserves the right to terminate program membership and take appropriate administrative and/or legal action if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the program’s terms and conditions. The Rebound Rewards Program is offered entirely at the discretion of MonkeySports Inc., and it may, at its sole discretion, cancel or modify program rules, benefits, participation, regulations, earning and redemption structure without any notification.
