Where you bought it decides how it comes back: online orders go through the website you ordered from, store purchases go back to a store. The policies below apply across the MonkeySports family — HockeyMonkey, GoalieMonkey, BaseballMonkey, LacrosseMonkey, HockeyMonkey.ca, and MonkeySports Superstores.
Ordered online
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within one year of purchase. Start your return on the site you ordered from — your order details are on file there and the portal issues the return label:
- HockeyMonkey.com returns
- GoalieMonkey.com returns
- BaseballMonkey.com returns
- LacrosseMonkey.com returns
- HockeyMonkey.ca returns
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Items returned with missing packaging, literature, or accessories may receive a reduced refund.
Not eligible for return
- Products sold as new and used by the customer
- Jocks, cups, base layers, skate socks, and other undergarments — due to the personal nature of the product
- Mouthguards — for hygiene reasons
- Special orders, custom orders, team orders, and other special accommodations
- Customized products, including personalized jerseys
- Sealed trading card packs and boxes, and mystery items — final sale
Warranty claims must meet the manufacturer's criteria; contact the site you ordered from and they will guide you through it.
Bought in a MonkeySports Superstore (United States)
Product may be returned or exchanged in store within 30 days of purchase if it is unused, includes the original packaging, and is accompanied by the original receipt. After 30 days, product meeting the same criteria may be refunded to store credit. Final sale on all jocks and undergarments, and on skates that have been baked or sharpened.
If a credit card was used, credit is issued back to the original card. Store purchases cannot be returned through the online portals, and online purchases must be returned online. Demo products are sold in store only and are final sale. Warranty returns must meet the manufacturer's criteria. No returns or exchanges on custom orders. Purchases made in the United States cannot be returned to our retail location in Canada.
Bought in our store in Canada
